- Get 2 of large white onions.
- Use 3 of Cheese slice-.
- Take of All purpose flour-1cup.
- Provide of Corn flour-1tablespoon.
- Get 2 cups of bread crumbs.
- Take to taste of Salt -according.
- Get of Oil, for frying.
- Provide of Chilli flakes- 1/2spn.
Instructions to make Onion Rings:
- Peel and cut onions into 1-centimeter rings, then separate the rings.
- Cut the cheese slice into 4 even strips, and place a smaller onion ring in the center of a larger one. Fill the gap between the rings with cheese strip Repeat with all onion rings and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Take a dip bowl mix all purpouse flour,corn flour,salt, chilli flakes mix well n make a thick batter By adding water from it place and bread crumbs into a separate plate Dip each prepared ring into the flour batter then the breadcrumbs, again into the batter and one more time into the bread crumbs. Keep aside…repeat same process with remaining onion ring too.
- Heat the oil in a pan over high flame. Fry the rings until golden brown, Drain On paper napkin.
- Serve with tomato sauce or any other dip.
- Be careful while frying not to fry them for too long as the cheese may come out.
