  3. Transfer to a well floured surface and kneed for at least 5 minutes adding more flour as you go so it won't stick.
  4. Put the dough back into the bowl and let it rest covered for at least 30 minutes.
  5. After it had rested divide the dough into 10 small balls, or 5 if you prefer a bigger tortilla, put it back in the bowl and let it rest for another 10 minutes covered.
  6. Now get your rolling pin and roll out the balls into discs.
  7. Heat up a pan, and once its hot throw the tortilla on there and let it cook for a couple of minutes, flip and leave for another minute or so.
  8. Place on a plate and cover with a clean towel, this should last up to 10 days in the freezer, probably more.
  9. Guess what I had for lunch.
