- Prep Topping Ingredients: finely blend the bread slices using a food processor. Mix thoroughly with paprika, lemon zest and cheese. Season and set aside.
- Finely chop bacon and red onion and fry till bacon is crispy and onion is caramelised.
- Cook macaroni in a boiling water for 6-7 mins. Add the mixed herbs. Season(or till desired texture is attained).
- Melt the butter in a medium heat and slowly add flour whilst stirring. Then add double cream and whisk for 2-3mins away from heat. Bring back to heat and slowly add milk whilst stirring.
