  4. For tempering… Heat a tsp of oil.. Add cashew/ peanuts- roast for a minute.. add cumin seeds.. red chilli.. coriander leaves. Add the tempering to chilled curd rice…
  5. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves before serving.
