The ingredients needed to make Rice cake:
- Prepare 2 cup of rice.
- Prepare 1 cup of Urad dal soaked overnight.
- Use 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
- Get 2 pinch of baking soda.

- Take as needed of Liquid jaggery.
Instructions to make Rice cake:
- Gring the soaked dal chawal to make a fine paste.
- In a mixing bowl mix bater, baking soda, baking powder, salt, well to make it floppy.
- Take a heavy base kadhai on gas por some oil, add the bater to it cover up with Al a lid.. On a slow flame.
- Check after 15 mins…. If it done from Lowe side turn it for another 10 to 15 mins.
