In East Java where I grew up, we call Dadar Jagung. When I moved to West Java, I realized people call it bakwan jagung. Clean the corn cobs thoroughly, then cut the corn from the cob. Either grind the corn with a mortar and pestle until is a soft paste, or put it in the blender.

- Wait until it floats and the colour turn to golden brown, then lift..
