  2. For mango mint dip in a mixie jar add mango pulp,green chilli paste(use how spicy u want) I have taken only 1 tsp,1 garlic clove and some mint leaves and grind them and later add salt..
  3. For peanut dip in a mixie jar add roasted peanut,tamarind pulp,green chilli paste and salt and grind into fine and smooth paste.for making noodle I am using knorr cheese and herbs noodles instead of plain noodles it will give more taste..
  4. Cook noodles till water gets soaked and noodles gets cooked.Next take rice paper sheet and dip into water holding with your fingers for a second and place the sheet on wooden chopping board dont use anything else otherwise it will get stick now place the cucumber,carrot,tomato pcs..
  5. And last place noodles in small quantity now fold the sheet from both the sides first and then roll tightly and close and make this process for the rest of the rolls and cut in centre and make 2 pcs and serve with dips made of mango mint chilli dip and peanut dip and enjoy the different and delicious taste of summer rolls which is healthy too..
