Everyone knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a naturally healthy and balanced diet and get a proper workout regularly. The worst part is that, at the end of the day, we don’t always have the time or energy required for a healthy lifestyle. Going to the gym isn’t something people make time for when they get off from work. We want a tasty, greasy burger, not an equally delightful salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You should be pleased to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super difficult. If you keep at it, you’ll get all of the required nutrients and exercise. Here are some hints to be as healthful as possible.

Climb stairs. Instead of picking the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a excellent way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every day, can do a great deal to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indication of your lifestyle choices. It’s about making your body as powerful as it can be.

  3. I left the tails on for the look :).
  4. Mix some salt into the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each shrimp in the butter milk and then coat it with the crumbs, and then do a quick dip into the buttermilk, don't dip it too much cause you will loose the crumbs sticking to it, and then evenly coat the shrimp with the coconut flakes.
  6. I pressed the flakes on to the shrimp, so I got a thick coating of flakes.
  7. Heat some oil in a wok or fy pan, and deep fry the shrimps on medium low flame.
  8. If it's too high it will quickly burn the flakes, and you don't want that.
  9. So on medium heat, cook the shrimp, so it evenly cooks on the inside and the coating gets a nice golden brown.
  10. I had to change the oil twice because I was frying about a kilo in this particular situation, so if you are making a large batch, make sure you have a lot of oil.
  11. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with some marinara sauce or thousand island dressing as a dipping sauce.
  12. I made this an hour before the event, so I placed them in a warm oven for a few mins prior serving and it was just fine.
