Heat a oan add 2-3tbsp oil add 1tsp cumin seeds when oil starts smoking add pinch of hing and 2dry red chilli, chopped ginger garlic paste fry for few seconds and add chopped green chilli chopped onion fry for few minutes add 1tsp haldi and salt to taste mix well and add chopped tomato.
