  6. Add in the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour in the flour mixture alternatively with the coconut milk mixture, mix all till thoroughly incorporated.
  8. Fold in grated coconut till evenly combined.
  9. Grease baking pan with butter & dust with flour.
  10. Pour the cake batter into the greased pan.
  11. Bake in pre-heated oven until golden brown (and a tester inserted in the middle should come out free of crumbs).
